How to become a Christian

Salvation Experience – only through faith in Christ alone:

A. Admit to God you are a sinner. Repent & turn from sin – Rom 3:23; Rom 6:23

B. Believe that Jesus is God’s Son & accept His gift of forgiveness of sin – Rom 5:8; Rom 8:3-4

C. Confess your faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord of your life – Rom 10:9-10, 13

D. Commit every area of your life to God – Rom 6:12-13; Rom 14:7-12

Salvation Status: Adopted into God’s Family – Rom 8:14-17
